The most difficult thing is the decision to act, the rest is merely tenacity. The fears are paper tigers. You can do anything you decide to do. You can act to change and control your life; and the procedure, the process is its own reward.
Amelia Earhart
I find myself embracing the words of strong women, more readily than those of any philosopher. My goals are firmly rooted in the ground, unlike those of Ms. Earhart, but her statement resonates within my soul. Attitude, one’s own perspective, that is what molds and shapes one’s life. Changing one’s attitude, wields the power to change one’s life. I struggle to embrace the power of intention.
I stumbled upon this quotation; happening across the words of a lifelong hero at a moment when it was sorely needed. I will never be a ground-breaking pilot, but I still feel the power in these words. It is within my power, to revel in the process of life and the beauty of everyday miracles. That said, I am stepping away from this post and out the door to embrace what is my life.
